Everyone should be able to shop with us comfortably.
Our commitment
We design and build Soft Mila to work for as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, zoom or reduced motion. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Text and buttons with strong contrast, and pages that still work when zoomed to 200%.
- Every control can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Descriptive labels on images, buttons and form fields for screen readers.
- Animations calm down or stop when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Regular automated checks of our pages, alongside testing by hand.
